I made this advent calendar using Anne'sTree Die. I thought for a while on how exactly I wanted it to come together. I knew I wanted it to open but it couldn't be too large as it needed to fit behind the tree die.
I made the calendar with heavy weight chipboard and created the drawers with card stock. The drawers are 1" cubes.
After making the calendar I embellished the Tree Die and glued it right on top of the calendar so it would open perfectly. I also used lace for a hinge so it would be a nice soft look.
I used Anne's Paper Creations
Some beautiful roses and flower petals from
Some beautiful die-cuts from Lindy's Stamp Gang
Frostbitten Fuschia  from the new Winter Wonderland starburst spray set by Lindy's Stamp Gang
and misc. laces, embellishments, and bling.

I am Guest designer for Sweet Nothings Stamp Co this month and would like to share
a fun and easy ornament I created.
I'm not good at coloring and my daughter has lost most of my markers so I had to improvise with some gel & glitter pens but I think it turned out cute.
First I printed out the Mistletoe Sophie & Lucky digi at 2"x3" then colored, cut it out, glue it to a wire, then curled the image so it would fit in the ornament.
I also used some hot glue and diamond dust to create a frosty ice look. I just drizzled hot glue around the inside bottom, sides, and back, then heated the glue back up with my heat gun and poured the diamond dust in the ornament and shook a little.
I added the hot glue and diamond dust around the front and sides of the ornament.
Please be careful with diamond dust it is made of real glass and should not be around children and animals!!!
I finished it off with some bling swirls and a bow.

This was so fun to alter and will add to the shabby chic decor in my living room/scrap room.
I used the beautiful
and

Here is a before photo

First I sanded it to scuff it for paint. I added 3 coats of white acrylic paint then added a coat of sealer.
I used a styrofoam cup for the lamp shade
I just cut the top and bottom rims off. Then I wrapped it with seam binding in a diagonal pattern
I cut a circle from clear packaging to add inside the cup with a hole for a candle. I don't recommend lighting a candle in a styrofoam lamp shade, this one is just for looks but I could use a battery operated tea light.

I also used some beautiful I am Roses and made some crystal drops.

I'm so excited to share with you my printers tray for The Piece By Piece Design Team call!
I worked very hard on this a couple weeks ago but wasn't able to share as my daughter had her beautiful Chloe. We are so thrilled and adjusting to having a new beautiful princess in the house.
Now for my project, this was so fun to make. I used many clay pieces, Prima Shabby Treasures, trims, frames, Lindy's Stamp Gang, Romance Novel paper collection, stamps, I Am Roses, and other embellishments.
This started out as a Teddy Bear picture.
It was quite cute but didn't match anything.
I painted the frame white, cut out some cardboard and added some chipboard to create the printers tray.

And here is the finished tray

I had so much fun making these, I was inspired by Tiffany, check out her beautiful stacked books here!
I found 3 books that were the perfect size, painted them white, then added misc. embellishments. Fast & easy :)

What fun I had making all these projects with Anne's Paper Creations Grandma's Clock die set!
For my first project I made a message center, I used Prima's Romance Novel Collection, a Michaels frams, Clock Die-Cut from Lindy's Stamp Gang, R-77 & R-21 roses from I Am Roses, as well as my favorite Starburst spray from Lindy's Stamp Gang "Salt Water Taffy".
I made a pad and altered a pen to match the case.

For my next project I made an album to go inside the clock.
I used the Prima Tea Time collection, Prima's Shabby Chic Resin Treasures, Lindy's Stamp Gang's Cream Brulee Creme Starburst spray & Scintillating Silver Glitz Spritz, I Am Roses R-77 & R-6's, Beautiful lace from MsGardenGrove1 on youtube, and some misc, spellbinders dies and embellies.

For my third project I made a simple photo display.

I used Prima's Romance Novel collection, beautiful lace colored with Lindy's Stamp Gang's Midnight Rendezvous Raven Starburst Spray, R-77, R-6, & T30-151 Roses from I Am Roses, I also added some grey flat back pearls around the edges.

My last project is another photo display but this one holds three photos.

This is my favorite project.
I crackle painted all the dies, and used some beautiful Venice lace from The Lace Mama on ebay, I added a lot of Prima's Shabby Chic Treasures resins, some pearl strands, flat back pearls from SACrafter's Zibbet store, R-21, R8-15BP/T 25 - 152's from I Am Roses, & Royal Crimson Fire Glitz Spritz from Lindy's Stamp Gang.
